i've used studentuniverse.com (one of their affiliates, i believe) many times for booking international flights. always received prompt service and good documentation.
using those online booking sites can be helpful if you're going to have and hotel stay and/or rent a car at your destination. they often have bundled deals that surpass what you are able to get piecemeal from the individual hotel/airline/rental agency.
