I don't think of it as a "Panic Button" as much as I do a "Universal Vehicle Locater™".
I use it when I come out of a concert/sporting event/drunken party when I can't remember where the hell I parked.
I reach in, pull out the UVL™ and now I (and everyone else) knows where I parked.
