I'd just like to ad an "amen to that" if I could.
His music was the bomb. Now he's a washed up freak.
I belive it's more than obvious he was abused in one fasion or another as a child himself. I'd wager it was sexual abuse, moreso than physical violence.
You can see where he basically stopped his mental development age; at that of an adolescent child. Throw in the amount of money and fame, the amazingly abnormal situation he lived his life in, and you get a guy that's profoundly disturbed.
Did he abuse kids? I bet he did. Does he understand what he did wrong? I sincerly doubt he fully does. No more than a 4 year old understands matches are bad.
He needs to be kept away from kids, and he needs intensive therapy. It's all very sad.
