Unfortunately there's just as much evidence that the Judge will not allow to be presented.

The judge said this was circumstantial and would bias the jury, but nonetheless..
I'm 95% sure he's guilty. There's all sorts of corroborating stories: Another guard admitting he witnessed Michael performing oral sex on a boy in a bathroom in Neverland.

I was watching an interview with a CourtTV reporter who's sat in on the trial and his impression is that the conspiracy charges are too convoluted for the jury to vote guilty on, but he's certain he'll be convicted on the providing alcohol to minors and molestation charges. I tend to agree after listening to his description of the court room.
