If a business has a PBX they can make whatever they want to appear on your caller id.
I find it frustrating that Canada lags so far behind in laws protecting consumers from the endless barrage of tele-marketers. I guess there is little political motivation in creating and enforcing a do not call list when the politicians use subsidized call centers to appear to be doing something about unemployment.
