Just a cautionary note, but eating a lot of peanut butter isn't good for you, and especially the typical commercial stuff like Jiff. It contains a lot of high fructose corn syrup and sometimes trans fats in the form of hydrogenated oils, which just happen to be one molecule away from plastic. All peanut butter contains a huge amount of peanut oil which is why your intake should be moderate. In fact, everything should be done inmoderation!! And hopeuflly you are drinking skim milk!
The best peanut butter to use is the natural (and even organic) stuff. Just stir it up real well the first time you open it and then store it in the frig so it will stay mixed.
