This was a letter to the editor in my uni, thought it was great and only just got around to posting it.

Mathematical proof that Women are EVIL!
All men know that in order to win a woman's heart you'll need to take Time and, while you're doing this you'll most likely spend a large amount of Money.
Therefore we can deduce that:
Women = Time x Money
Everyone knows that 'Time is Money'
Or in mathematical terms: Time = Money
So:
Women = Money x Money = (Money)^2
Everyone also knows that 'Money is the root of all Evil'
Or in mathematical terms: Money = [sr]Evil
(Money)^2 = ([sr]Evil)^2
The square root of a number squared always equals the original number, for example: ([sr]2)^2 = 2
Therefore with this being the case then ([sr]Evil)^2 = Evil
Thus proving that Women = Evil

I would like to correct an error in the "girls are evil" proof given last issue. The square root of a number is not the original value, but the
absolute of the original value. So girls aren't just evil: girls are
absolute evil.
