I totally agree with all of those points.
Another perspective I would add to women who have faked it and had their partners believe it... are those partners actually any good? Sometimes when my partner has an orgasm, and it's only alright - those are usually quickies on the way to the real thing. When she has the real thing, however, her entire body locks up, she often can't help but scream, and she can barely talk afterwards. I imagine she could fake the "small" orgasms easily. But to fake the real thing is a whole different ballgame, and I don't think it's possible.
I would say that if you can fake and have a guy believe it, not only does he not actually care about your pleasure (so he's not paying too much attention), he's not very good at giving it, either. Get a new boy.
