I think that a lot of women suck at faking it and that an attentive man could spot any attempt. If the guy is just in it for himself and the woman is just trying to get rid of him becasue he's one of the "all night pounders" then yeah, he won't notice. But if a guy is actually paying attention to his woman and is looking for he signals, he can spot a fake.
