Idon't think it's disrespectful to fake -- sometimes it's ego-preservation on the part of the person who's doing the faking... Until you've ever heard -- "what's the matter with you why can't you orgasm" Faking is just a lot easier.
Sex is not about the destination... it's about the journey-- you reacha certain age and an orgasm is not the be all and end all of the universe. Faking is for the person who doesn't quite see it that way -- for the person who doesnt think it was any good unless there was an orgasm as the payoff...
