I work in a garage and have long hair. I use Realm shampoo and rarely condition it, although I have been using conditioner lately and my hair doesn't get very tangled.
The best thing you can do for your hair is to find a shampoo and conditioner combo without cetyl alcohol, which dries otu and damages your hair while the other ingredients try to repair it.
