I've faked it - with my ex- she hated condoms and refused to use the pill, so we used a combination of rhythm, pulling out, and "not having sex for months" in order to avoid pregnancy.
There were a number of times when I didn't want sex, but it was so rare that she was perpared to take part that I dare not turn her down in case that was it for the next few months....
I just couldn't come.
At all.
It was bloody miserable, so I pretended to pull out and use a tissue.
As it happens she had an affair soon after, so there was no need for me to do it again, I chucked her ass out.
