I wash and condition and swear by Pantene, I've never found anything that makes my hair look as pretty, including the "expensive" salon ones.

My hair is down to right past my shoulders now (YAY), and it always comes out by the handfuls when I wash it. You could never tell it though as much hair as I have.

I agree with the cold water rinse....it makes my hair really shiny
