If only all managers could be like you, and back up their staff and follow the law.

The rules are there for a reason, and it's not too much to ask to have a valid ID! The crap people try to pass off as "identification" makes me cry sometimes. Oh, and when I notice someone's ID is about to expire I tell them about it. About 80% gets all surprised and promise me to renew it!
