I use cirtus shine....or something. If its windy out your hair's going to get tangled no matter what. Wash in warm water, rinse in cold, brush when your hair is damp. Long hair falls out like crazy, mine goes through cycles where I "shed" and leave hair everywhere, espeically when I was or brush it. Long hair usually equals more tangles. When you brush it and it's tangley hold your roots so you aren't pulling as much on your hair. This may help with the shedding. Memakenosense.
