when i first caught my glimpse of the top ten, before i could read their banners, 3 really stuck out as potential winners: the ones who I eventually found out were: Domincan Rep., Canada and Peurto Rico.
I personally thought that Domincan had it in the bag, but I'm glad that we fielded somebody that could break the latin american strangle hold...
