I believe that once the BGs hit the servers all the 60s will scramble into them to attain higher cp's.
I really enjoy the pvp and have really upped my taste for it, but, I would wonder about trying to level another char in this environment.
Anyone else have differing thoughts?

Differing? No. Its even the same at lower levels. I played on a friends character quite a bit before the honor system, and my own (lvl 28 now) after, and ganking has gone up astronomically. To the point that I can hardly quest in some places--ashenvale, hillsbrad, and to some degree, stonetalon, though that ones not that bad. It makes it hard when you need/want the quest XP to level, but you cant do it because you spend more time running to your corpse than playing. Ive basically been obsessively running instances since I hate grinding and instances at least make that more tolerable, and have the added bonus of more frequent blue drops.
This is my problem with Blizzard. They seem to be working hard to prevent the game from getting stale, which is good, but they also dont ever seem to fix any problems they create. Of which there are many, which are primarily ignored. First on my list is the honor system needing a drastic makeover to prevent the obscene ganking going on.
