yup. I've had a similar experience. The condom wouldn't fall off. But it was definitely too lose, and I couldn't tell when he was in either.
But other than that, I'd say my worst experience was the first time I gave someone a blowjob. It was my first relationship too *and* the first time we'd seen each other fully naked. It's nothing gross but it was more emotionally bad for me because he tasted really gross (the worst one since..) and he broke up with me 3 days later. So of course, I thought I had done something wrong or he was repulsed by my nakedness :P
