This is the first major release after Toxicity.. how can they get "worse and worse"?
Unless you're talking about Steal This Album, which doesn't count because it's more or less a B-Sides and rarities type of deal, similar to Nirvana's Incesticide. Yeah it's a full CD of songs, but nothing really new or recent.
