Good thinking... A lot of things vary from person to person, and just expect that it is a slow, fun ride to really discover all of the different ways you can be stimulated. The amount of liquid that girls will react with, the amount of time, where to touch, how to touch, where not to touch, etc. is all very unique.
It sounds like your partner in crime is more than willing to take his time! Relax and have fun with it...
