It has been in the past (Snell) but it isn't that close to the ball of his ankle so it should be right. They're saying 6 months until he can be fit enough to play, so I'm guessing they'll take their time and have him ready for preseason next year. Broken fibulas can get infected really easy, which would end his career, so they'll give it all the time it needs. A year off at 27 should do wonders for him at the end of his career anyway. No good though, he's one of the reasons you go to the footy, hope it's all well for him.
