Technically I am not clinically depressed anymore, I have my moments (mostly when things get overwhelming and I can't handle all the stress) Last year I went to counseling where I learned to find what was bother me and basically self-treat myself. I would talk out what was bothering me and how I can correct it. Along with that I went to the gym, and after my workout I would have an immediate mood improvement. I never did meds, I just never wanted to. I had several family members whos sex drive completely died with taking meds, and they immediately got off them and decided to just deal with it. In some cases the depression actually got worse. I understand some people need meds and I believe they work also, but this is just testimony from someone who didn't use them and things are good...
