Sounds good! What kind of exercise do you do?
Back in February I was about 230lbs (5'10"). I knew I had to do something, but initially I was only concerned about weight and not fitness level. So I dramatically cut my food intake for the rest of the month and lost 15lbs. I was definetly skinnier, but my body was weak. My friends finally got through to me, pointing out that the scale is not the best way to gauge results. So we started working out together, doing any kind of exercise as long as it kept me active 10+ minutes a time. I'm down a pant size (almost 2!), filling out a medium in the right places (as opposed to a large in the wrong places), I've increased my stamina and strength, and I like being outdoors alot more. It's exactly what my goal was, but done properly. I'd hate to imagine what would've happened if I continued with my erroneous ways.
