It's a novelty - i've had one for years that is my keyring.. I'm not even sure it works anymore... I've never used it as such... It just gives me amusement to go thru airline security, and occassionally it catches the eye of theperson scanning bags and will ask if it's pepper spray... It's actually kinda quite funny to see my uptight self say with acomplete straight face.. .No sir, that would be my vibrator...
