gaining weight
I've been a skinny guy since the time i began walking. i went from fat, chubby, cute toddler to being lanky as an adolescent. i'm about 6', maybe 6'1". but i only weigh about 145-148 lbs. i'd like to gain some weight, not necessarily muscle, but some bulk. i'd like to weigh in at about 155 or 160. that's a lot of weight to put on, so here's my question: do i need a special diet to gain weight? i don't excersize much at all anymore, but i never gain weight. i'm thinking that i probably have a fast metabolism, so is there something different i should eat? should i actually eat less for a while then eat more to slow down my metabolism?
