1. Shampoo Hair
2. Put conditioner in Hair
3. Soap up loofa for torso wash if available, if not, soap right hand and use it to wash chest, left arm, left side and front, and then soap left hand to wash right arm and as much of back as I can reach. Stand under water so it is rinsed as it is soaped.
4. Rinse out conditioner
5. Soap legs, and rinse them all at once.
If under durress, I can go from entering bathroom in boxers to exiting dry and dressed in under 5 minutes. Usually I add in about 10 or 15 minutes of standing under the water, which, by the way, should be so hot that you have to stand still and let the base of my skull get used to it, and have it feel burny if i move from letting it hit the one spot that is used to it.
All of the above is null and void if the girlfriend is with me...then it is more of a battle of the wits to see who can control the water the longest and at the times they need it for soaping and rinsing, with bonus points for flicking icy cold water that has puddles in shampoo bottles and such on the other participant. She is usually the victor. Both of us showering takes about three times as long as one-after-the-other, and we probably get less clean.
