1. Pre soak entire body & head
2. Shampoo hair
3. Wash Face
4. Rinse
5. Condition Hair
6. Wash Arms, Chest and "Naughty Bits".
7. Wash legs, ass and feet.
8. Wash naughty bits again, just 'cause you might get lucky later

9. Rinse, starting from head to toe
10. Shave (Face and Naughty Bits)

So I voted a slighlty modified #1.
