I soap all the body parts - ears last -, rinse, use first kind of face soap and rinse, shampoo and rinse, conditioner and rinse, and then second kind of face soap.
If it's a shaving day, I do that while the conditioner's in.
I usually only brush teeth during the shower on weekends, cause during the week I eat breakfast after my shower and I prefer to brush after eating.
