I probably won't even cut my hair really short again, partly because my b/f would kill me, and I agree that I look better with long hair.
But I got some really light streaks put in (I have very dark hair), and I had TONS of people commenting on how hot it made me look.
So, even if someone doesn't want to cut, they can still change their look with color and highlights.
