run a scan to see if any other nearby networks are on the same or adjacent channels to your network. You might also verify if wired computers are loosing connection too indicating an upstream problem with your DSL/Cable and not necessarily your wireless.
Are you actually loosing wireless signal as indicated by the connection software giving a low signal, or does internet connectivity just seem to halt?
Need to first narrow it down to either a wireless RF problem, or a network issue.
