Easier said then done.
I would say 6 meals a day is undoable currently.
But I get three in a Normal day.
Last week:
Morning : Bowl of rice with raw egg (it is what they eat)
Lunch: Curry Rice
Dinner: Lightly breaded Fish and cabbage (with rice)
Morning : Nato and Rice and Miso
Lunch: Sushi / nigiri platter
Dinner: Fried chicken (maybe) and pickled veggies
So I eat a decent amount per day, normally.
But I have to admit today I didn't eat lunch (I ate an apple) because I was too busy runnning around and forgot to eat. And by now it is so late I midaswell wait for dinner.
