I thought this was a horrible pick by the Browns a year ago even if Winslow had lived up to the hype. Now Winslow is making sure that this pick might go down as one of the all time worst. Winslow still has a few years to prove that he is not Ryan Leaf though.
I think the Browns should sue for the signing bonus so they can get the cap space back. That team needs a lot of help and they could sign one or two starters with the cap savings.
