If you will notice, right here I am pointing out how judging the death penalty to be immoral is difficult without resorting to religion, and that religion is a very poor platform to argue from because not everyone believes the same religion. Later on...

You did not think through "What is done to the least among you is done to me," because if you will look at Genesis 9:6 (quoted in my above posts) you will see that it says the same thing but goes on to specify the punishment and who would deal it out. Yep, the punishment is death and
man will do it.
