I'd never thought of Sutherland as Rorshack. However, now that you mention it, it works brilliantly. A slight turn of his Jack Bauer character (especially this season...) and he just needs to don the mask. Also, Rorshack is suppose to be short and I believe Sutherland is slightly below average in height.
As much as I now love this idea, I doubt the director will go this way. He seems to want an actor with a little lower profile. Too bad, I think Kiefer would make a great Rorshack.
