How to uninstall Flashblock: Since you didn't say which version of Flashblock or which version of Firefox, here's a full description. You might be best served jumping right to the end and reading the Manual methods.
When Firefox 1.1 comes out, you should be able to simply delete the specific folder from Profile\Extensions\Extensionname, and that will uninstall it.
