Sometimes I do skip over longer posts as well. But, it usually depends on the forum and thread. Like if I find a long thread on the politics or finance board, I will usually read the entire thing. Sometimes I read the entire post because, I want to give my opinion on it and I won't post on a topic unless I have read all the posts and replies.
