I don't doubt that for some people there may be marginal increases due to diet and/or medication, but Peter North is a specimen of ejaculatory explosiveness for a reason--he is a genetic freak. Maybe he has an abnormally large and productive Cowper's gland. Regardless of the natural phenomenon, it is clear that if these products actually showed significant increases in volume then he wouldn't be considered special.
