did anyone else notice the awesome facial expression that Jack had when Chloe offered her support? He just had this look of "...... what the
hell are you talking about?" Classic.
I was little irked about how they hacked up that story with Audrey and the hourlies, too... I mean, we got World War III in the making, and they treat it like nothing.

Things like that with Edgar not knowing what to say, everything is withing 3 minutes of CTU, Marwan is able to drive away and the heli can't catch him, Jack stabs himself and is fine the rest of the day...

but doesn't it seem like this season is a ton more blatant with those things than previous seasons have been? I feel like they're trying to pack so much more stuff into each individual episode, so that each one is more self-contained than ones from other seasons have been. Like this whole ordeal with the Chinese... it'd make so much more sense to have this thing be a stroy-arc that lasts for like half the season... but instead they churn it out in 2 or 3 episodes.
