Definitely don't freak yet. I've had lots of abnormal ones, but nothing is ever there upon further investigation. It can be something as silly as your cycle being a little different this month.
As for the HPV... you would probably have noticed an issue (such as something visible) if it's been longer than 6 months, really. And you've had Paps that have been clear since then. So no freaking out yet.
