Another vote for the Tempur Pedic bed. You don't even have to rotate the mattress, it is care-free. It isn't as expensive as you might think; as I recall, it is about the same as a high-quality regular mattress. Also, there is zero transfer of movement across the bed, in case one of you is a light sleeper.
