Drinking actually isn't all that bad... of course you gotta make sure, as with anything else, you don't overdo it.

Shots of liquor, or something like rum + diet coke actually isn't all that bad for ya. Beer is what gets you because it has so many calories and you need more to get buzzed (compared to liquor).
