I am not quite sure how you would go about this as I would think the prostate gland can only release a set rate. I have noticed that if you do have a double orgasm (kegels? not sure how it works, kind of rare for me) it does seem to be increased volume. I also remember reading about a medical 'milking' of the prostate by anal stimulation of the prostate gland itself whereby the fluid is leaked, and you can empty the prostate that way.
As for why you would want this, I'm not quite sure.
