Ahhh, if only we can all be blessed like Peter North! It is quite a spectacle when the Loadman Cometh!
Anything that messes with that particular bodily fluid might have some unwanted repercussions like becoming sterile or something. I wouldn't want to mess around with that stuff and take the risk. Just work with what you are given. That said, I don't know of any product that is guaranteed to work.
