Ok, I figured it out. Here's what you do:
Go to this website:
http://iconpacks.mozdev.org/packs/fi...win98-fix.html
Click "Restore Firefox Icons" and save it to your desktop.
Open Firefox and make it so it doesn't take up the whole screen.
Drag the file you downloaded onto the Firefox window and say "install"
Restart Firefox.
Fixed!
