when you plug the Yepp into your USB port, does the computer recognize it as a removable drive? If so, an additional drive icon should appear in "My Computer." Double-clicking this icon will allow you to navigate the directories of the MP3 player. Just find where your songs are stored and drag them into a temporary local folder.
