you are born in this world alone, and you will die alone.

You may have people surrounding you during those times, but they cannot be in your head at those moments. During life we have the opportunity to surround ourselves with other people, family and friends, but ultimately, we will be alone at some point in time and must feel comfortable wearing it. Understand that alone doesn't imply lonliness, it implies strength of one's self.
