If you mean typing another post in multiple forums to link to this post, I wouldn't do it. I'm pretty sure that would be considered spamming. You may be granted permisson for a single link in just one other forum but I would PM a mod for permission first. If you want more people to read it, just post in it again and bump it up to the top. You could also make the link in your signature more clear. Change it to something like, "Please take part in my research project in the literature forum"
