Stick with it. It only becomes easier as each day passes. i quit many years ago. I did it cold turkey and found the easiest way to handle it for me was to start to think of myself as a non-smoker. I kept asking myself, what would a non-smoker do? With the passage of time and a lot of practice, I realized that a non-smoker didn't buy tobacco or stuff associated with tobacco like lighters. They didn't think about the next cigarette because they were non-smokers. This little mind game got me through the hardest partt and well into the easier part. Then one day I realized I was a non-smoker and my little mind game became my reality. I haven't looked back since. I hope that this or one of the other posts helps.
