vodka jelly is cool (and girls like it)... but I think you Americans call jelly something else.... like "jello" or something?
You might want soem more girly drinks is the only think I'd say... some wine, some alcopops (do yoiu have those in the states... things like barcadi breezer or smirnoff ice).... if you are expecting some girls there anyway.
As for cheap food.... home made pizza is pretty cheap (and good for soaking up all the alcohol, and maybe just bread and some bacon and stuff... you cant beat a bacon sandwich for a hangover cure
