Well apparently past criminal charges haven't hurt Scott's chances, or any pop/rock stars for that matter. If the Grammys were to exclude everyone that has ever had a drug charge in their past, they'd be able to air it on a commercial break for AI.


I still say that one of these days Smokinggun is going to dig up dirt on the wrong person.
